Considering "Islamism" by definition means imposing their religion's values on society at large, that for sure. Though Islamic PEOPLE are not a threat to freedom, Islamism as an ideology clearly is worse than Adelson. He's just second fiddle to the Kochs anyway.

This is true, although I don't think there are enough Islamists in the U.S. for them to be considered the biggest threat to American freedom.

The specter of Islamism has been definitely used to violate more civil liberties, although the ideology itself is not particularly threatening in and of itself.
