True. I have no evidence to support this, but I firmly believe that without the page views generated by Update and related discussion, the forum would not generate enough ad revenue for Leip to continue to host it.

Agreed. Plus its return clearly helped to calm the masses in the wake of opebo's ban and the crisis that followed. What Bushie did for the forum on those dark days can be compared to what James Brown did for Boston after Dr. King's assassination. For that we must always be thankful to him.

The cancer that is killing this forum.  Bushie should be forced to end it or face a ban.

There is absolutely nothing redeeming about the writings of a guy who advertises every aspect of his pathetic life on this forum purely for the amusement of those pretending to be his friends.  The fact that someone actually left the forum because it was closed the first time tells you how intellectual and sophisticated the "fanbase" is.  If it weren't for the Update, people would only know him for his asinine political and theological views and he would be treated appropriately for them.

If Bushie actually cared about improving his life, he'd put the thing away and do that instead of acting like a cheap prostitute putting on a show for everyone.
