Obviously, he was horribly, terribly wrong about the broader premise, although we can't be for sure yet whether there are in fact beings onboard these ships, or if they are green or little.

I approve of aliens in Atlasia as long they irritate and annoy Simfan and his wiley pack of whiny babies.

This is not so much why I am opposed (although I'd much rather prefer the GM deal with the laws that make me and several other believe that this country is secretly a third world basket case). I am opposed because as people like SJoyce and oakvale have said before me, this is a blatant move to justify a frivolous piece of legislation in the Midwest introduced by Adam Ob---- on partisan grounds. It is a misuse of the powers of the GM. Furthermore, I have been told-- by several individuals, that this is merely a cover for even more blatant, more partisan, nefarious actions.

Statistically, it's nigh impossible that among the billions upon billions of planets there is no other life. I, for one, refuse to believe that. Whether such life has developed the capacity to communicate with humanity or not is another matter, but the anti-alien existence bigotry and the stereotypes many seem hold of what aliens are are appalling to a man of science such as myself.

I, for one, do not approve of undocumented space aliens in my country. Given that these aliens are futuristic, they are like to be communists. Would you let undocumented Soviet citizens into our country during the height of the Cold War? Nay, I say! What reason do we have to think these things will be any different? Can you name the last major time a human "superior" civilization encountered one lesser than it and things went well? These aliens have no reason to act otherwise when they finally invade.
