Yup!

Those vehicles have been legalized in two or three states, Nevada and Florida for certain, and there were only three car accidents with those cars, and all of those were when the driver took over.

And based on my research this technology is still pretty basic and pretty carefully guarded. Commercially available autonomous vehicles operate at low speeds and on campuses or mall complexes and so forth.
