MARIJUANA – Marijuana should be legalized or at least decriminalized. It's the same as alcohol & tobacco. If it isn't legalized the only people that should be fined or be jailed should be people with heavy amounts of pot that are using it for the purpose of trafficking. Someone that just smokes recreational shouldn't be punished. There are always people that abuse things. Even with drugs illegalized, people get addicted & have the urge to try more hard drugs, but most do not. Same with alcohol. There will be alcoholics, but should we have Prohibition just because a few ruin it for the rest of us? Of course not! Someone's life shouldn't be ruined with a criminal record, because he was caught smoking weed. I'm pro-choice too – I don't think someone can force someone not to smoke pot if they want to. It's their choice, & they could put into their body whatever they want – the only person they hurt is themselves. & to those that told me – "My taxes are paying for their lung cancer bills from smoking weed," then we should also ban fast food/unhealthy food for causing obesity, cars for polluting the air & causing respiratory problems, etc.

SMOKING – Tobacco should be banned in public places because of second hand smoke. No debate here.

Nice double standard.

Social Issues

General philosophy: Conservative

Abortion: Personally, vehemently oppose. Leave up to the states.
Separation of church and state: Non-existent. Outside of making sure the congress isn't setting up a state run church it's up to the states.
Marriage: Civil unions, maybe. Otherwise support benefits for homosexuals that are equivalent to married individuals. Leave up to the individual states.
Affirmative Action: Reverse racism is completely contrary to the spirit of the constitution. Eliminate and and level the playing field.
Gun rights: People have the right to own whatever firearm they want. Individuals/municipalities have the right to form militias to defend the US. Eliminate the National Guard.
Death Penalty: Strongly support. Clear out death row. Expand to repeat rapists as well.
Censorship: Not under any circumstance.
Flag burning: Support of course. Non-violent political speech cannot be limited.
Hate crimes: Oppose. No one person should have greater protection under the law than another.
Hate speech: Oppose since it's unconstitutional.
Smoking: Public smoking is annoying, but it should be allowed by any free society anyway.
Alcohol consumption: Same as smoking.
Euthanasia: Oppose.
Drugs: Legalize natural drugs crack down on meth labs and dealers.
Gambling: Completely legalize. Left to states.
Prostitution: Left to states. Support keeping it illegal as it's exploitation of women.
Embryonic Stem Cell Research: Adult stem cells only, which have proven to be more fruitful.
Immigration: We need a new Ellis Island. Support legal immigration, crack down on law violators.
Civil Liberties: To vague of a question.
Language: English should be the only language used in federal/state/local governments and in schools. Assimilation of new immigrants should be the goal.

Economic Issues

General Philosophy: Strongly Capitalist

Taxes: Support the income tax for coporations. Support a national sales tax for private citizens.
Employers and Employees: I believe all states should pass Right to Work laws.
Free trade: Unconditionally support.
Spending: Gut the federal government like a fish.
Social Security: Support making it optional, with the eventual goal of its elimination in favor of money markets, IRAs, bonds and 401ks, all of which are more fruitful.
Space Program: A noble goal for the government and for humanity, generally support.
Welfare: Economic slavery is unacceptable, eliminate.
Healthcare: Not any of the governments business. Most of the problems with healthcare today are due to government intervention.
Education: Local/state level issue. Eliminate the DoE. Education is best left to the communities as they have a vested interest in teaching their students for their particular region.
Minimum Wage: Eliminate, wages are an agreement between the employee and the employer.
Regulation: To vague of an arena. Regulation of what?
Infrastructure: Favor maintaining and adding on to the interstate system and other major roadways.
Energy Policy: Favor coal, oil, & nuclear for the time being. Research viable renewable resources.

Foreign Issues

General Philosophy: Diplomatic

Democracy and Trade: Trade is good. Seek free trade with all other liberal democracies.
United Nations: Eliminate monetary support. Largely sit on the sideline but use it as a tool for good if absolutely necessary.
Iraq: Saddam was a threat who continually violated the rules of the ceasefire, due to the fact that Saddam could not keep the conditions of the ceasefire which was in place he brought himself and his government to its' end.
Iran: Stay vigilant. They can not be allowed to have a nuclear weapon due to their ideology being unstable.
North Korea: Bribe the Chinese into turning their backs, then use special forces to eliminate the upper echelon of the government.
Israel: Demand reparations for the USS Liberty, treat as any other ally.
Military Involvement: As the largest and most important nation on Earth we have a duty to protect smaller countries from being pushed around by bully nations. Keep the thugs in check in order to promote our style of Republic across the globe.

Wow, mandatory abortion? If you were the leader of my nation I'd openly call for a military coup of your dictatorship.
