This plan would totally cover Health Care costs for individuals below 350% the poverty level. Indeed, Here is the Federal law
I haven't calculated the cost but I guess we can afford that (we have a massive budget surplus).
Opinion of this bill?

(and don't be worried, my job plan is coming soon, I just have to translate, but I'm a bit lazy Tongue)

Lumine will get my 4th preference, Goldwater my 5th preference. I haven't decided for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd preference. They are great!

As you know, young people are struggling to find a job: lack of experience, lack of grades,... This bil is clearly inspirated by the "Emploi Jeunes" plan of the Jospin government from 1997 to 2002. This Jospin plan has created 310 000 jobs in France, who have been held by 410 000 young people.

This bill, should, approximately for the Midwest, create 20 000 job each year for a total of 100000 jobs after 5 years. So, the unemployment rate should drop by 0.2 each year.
This bill isn't really expensive: $0.336B the first year, $1.68B after five years.

This bill will  allow many young people to find a job and this will help them after because they would have got experience. In France; 74% of these young people had immediately found a new job after this job, 86,1% after 18 months and only 9.5% became unemployed again. Considering that the economic situation of the Midwest if better than the economic situation of France, the results should be even better.

And sorry for grammar.

Your thoughts?

I like it, but I have a small problem with section 4. Considering it's staying in standards with the Living Wage Act of $12.50, that still doesn't give enough for any young adult living on their own. $25 would to help with the costs of expenses and inflation even more for them, so if they are found to be working 2 jobs simultaneously, I don't think they should be penalized. Everything else looks good.

You raise a good point Adam. I have forgotten the fact that in the USA people often have more than 1 job...

Not a problem! This is a great jobs bill that's likely to pass, and when the bill is brought to the floor I have another small idea that Cuyahoga County does in relation to this bill.

The last three bills I have introduced:

Nuclear is dangerous and must be stopped, and I would like to go further, but I'm not sure the Midwest can dismantly nuclear power plants. That is probably a federal issue.

I have searched and I have found nothing that has been made federally about child allowance. The Midwest definitely needs to support parents, tutors,... This bill will cost 4.5B for the rest of the year, and 7.8B for a full year.

I have introduced nothing new, I have just updated the Midwest Budget because it has been amended a lot of times.
And yes, I know, the Sales Tax is high but we definitely need it because of that:

Restrictions on the construction of nuclear power plants have been passed historically, and Minnesota has a ban on construction outright, which reads as follows:

As for closing existing plants, the least disruptive way to do that is to have a prohibition on the extension of operating licenses. But I'm not sure what power the states- here, the regions- have on that. The Federal NRC has control over licensing, but the regional energy commission could have some certification process.
