'30s, all the decades I've lived in (egoist).

'60s were seriously terrible.

60's and 70's.  I put 40's and 10's as well just for political reasons, but I'm having second thoughts now about those two.

As a European, I obviously can't vote for 30s or 40s. Tongue

1930s-1970s, the 1990s, and the 2010s.

the 2000s, 1980s, 1920s, and 1910s not so much.  The 1900s were neutral.

20's and 80's.50's and 90's were neutral. Had JFK served two terms the 60's would be neutral-freedom. Hot wars tends to be bad for freedom. Thus no 10's 30-40's, 60's. 90's neutral because of Clinton doing the deed in the Oval Office. 00's were terrible for freedom due to 9/11 and the War on Terror. 10's are trending terrible due to the current occupant of the White House.

Thinking from a conservatarian/paleolibertarian/paleoconservative view.

1930s-1970s, the 1990s, and the 2010s.

the 2000s, 1980s, 1920s, and 1910s not so much.  The 1900s were neutral.

What are your problems with the 20's and 80's. We agree about the 2000's

There are no freedom decades - just decades of varied forms and extents of oppression.
