Where? I was looking through the CDT but couldn't find a formal withdrawal.

Strange.
Snowstalker only addressed his withdrawal in his campaign thread, so he's still technically on the ballot.

The party has voted unanimously to endorse Spiral/Dallasfan65 for President/Vice President. Smiley

Poirot and DC Al Fine have gotten a majority of endorsement votes, and thus are endorsed.

For Midwest Senate there were two votes for Lumine, one vote for TNF, and two abstentions. If TNF is eliminated in the 'first round' my vote for him transfers to Lumine, making a majority. Thus, Lumine is endorsed.

I acknowledge that the vote was close, but nonetheless I wish to thank the Democratic-Republican Party for their endorsement in the Senate race. I really look forward to work with this party if I win this election!

I don't know if the Democratic-Republican Party will hold an endorsement vote, but if so, I wish to formally request your endorsement once again. I keep the same beliefs I mentioned while addressing this convention a few days ago, and I look forward to working with Senator Shua and this party if I get elected to the Senate.

The election's over, guys.

The Spiral/Dallasfan65 ticket did not prevail. However, we did get a considerable showing (24% on the first round.) By comparison, my write-in effort in October only garnered 9% of the vote, so I'd say that's a considerable improvement. Whether that's sustainable or not is yet to be seen, but I'm hopeful about our future prospects.

However, where we did well were down-ballot races. Deus Naturae won a full term in the Northeast Assembly, and Small L won reelection to the IDS Legislature. I also won the Northeast Governorship. Not too shabby for a party with nine members!

All right, pep talk over. Smiley Let's cut to the chase of the Special At-Large election, since that's right around the bend.

Ballot:
[ ] Cincinnatus (Independent)
[ ] Adam Griffin (Labor)
[ ] Poirot (Independent)
[ ] LuminevonReuenthal (Progressive Union)

I would be very happy with either Poirot or Lumine in the Senate, but I think Cinci is generally closest to our party's views.

Bump.

What are the specs on the Mideast elections? I understand there was a change in the makeup of the region, but it may still be worth holding an endorsement vote.

It's likely that there will still be a center-right majority for the Assembly after these elections, but I wouldn't be opposed to holding a vote. Here are the people currently running:

Well, that was fast. But an informal vote works too. Tongue
