Illinois township-level maps

Wanted to see if anyone has any/knows of any township-level maps for Illinois in elections. I have seen several states done, most here, including Wisconsin. Would be intrigued to find one of Illinois, especially from the 2012 Presidential (but if you have any at all, I encourage you to post them).

Unlike other states for which you've seen township maps, I'm not sure that Illinois township-level data is readily available.  It's not available on the state's website, which means you'd have to aggregate whatever data is available on the various county clerk websites.  Not every county clerk has a website or breaks down results by precinct.  So while you might fairly easily get township results for DuPage County, it would be tough to get those results from Saline County downstate.
