In addition to its musical contributions, South Dakota is known for its very active and dominant Resistance community in Ingress. Often a staging area for Resistance megafield operations for that reason. So another massive notch in its favor in my view.

I hate to be one of "those guys", but Oklahoma is most certainly not predominantly black. Only 7.4% of the state's population is black, and there aren't even any majority-black counties in the state.
