According to a new poll by the Salt Lake Tribune, a very narrow majority of Utah voters now support legalizing Marijuana for medicinal purposes, 51 percent to 41 percent.

However, according to the same poll, Utahns still overwhelmingly oppose legalizing marijuana for recreational use, 67 percent to 27 percent.

Still, if my state can find it in itself to accept it for medicinal use, I see it as an encouraging sign.

I don't smoke weed, but a good sign nonetheless.

Let's face it, the legal weed system as done in WA/CO is going to be just as annoying as going to a pharmacy.  It's over the counter, behind the counter medical marijuana--the Sudafed of our times.

Funnily enough, prescription drug abuse is a massive problem in Utah, especially anti-depressants. We're #1 for prescription drug abuse. We're also the first for plastic surgery, for adult film subscriptions, for multi-level marketing schemes, and a couple of other things.

Didn't Ginnifer Goodwin's character on Big Love start working for some Ponzi /marketing scheme company?
