Okay, so the idea of this thread is for people to post lists of whom they've ACTUALLY casted a presidential ballot for AND what states they voted in during each year. So something like this:
2012:Rocky Anderson (TN)
2008:Barack Obama (TN)
2004:John Kerry (RI)

The idea is that when there's enough responses I can make a map of how forumites have actually voted in past elections.

I apologize if this has already been done recently and I missed it.

I turned 18 just 2 days before Election 2012, so I only voted in that election so far. I casted my ballot from Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

2012 - Presidential Election: President Barack Obama (D-IL)/VP Joe Biden (D-DE)
2012 - U.S. Senate: Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH)
2012 - U.S. House 9th Congressional District: Representative Marcy Kaptur (D-OH)

1992-2012 All D All Louisiana.  Was old enough to vote in 1988 and was working as a toady in a major Democratic firm in DC, but didn't get the whole absentee thing together.  Would have voted D then too, but if you don't vote it don't count.

Pre 2012 Elections (School Deals):

2000:  (Elementary School)

Al Gore (Did by accident, 2nd graders don't know politics anyways and should not be expected to vote, I meant to for Bush. I was in a pro Bush household)

2004: (Middle School)

George W Bush/Dick Cheney

Governor Mike Easley
Senator Richard Burr
Rep Virginia Foxx

2008: (Sophomore Year)

John McCain/Sarah Palin
Pat McCrory

Kay Hagan

2010: (Senior Year, was 17)

Richard Burr

Actual Age of Voting:

2012 Primaries:

Newt Gingrich (Held my nose while voting, about wrote in Mike Huckabee, but no option too.)
Pat McCrory
Howard Coble

Election Day 2012:

Barrack Obama

Pat McCrory/Dan Forrest
Howard Coble

Democrat St Senator/Rep State Rep

All of these were in North Carolina.

2008: Barack Obama (President)
Jack Reed (Senate)
Patrick Kennedy (CD-1)

2010: Lincoln Chafee (Governor)
David Cicilline (CD-1, but I voted for David Segal in the primary)
2012: Barack Obama (President)

Buddy Cianci (Senate write-in)
David Cicilline (CD-1)

All of these I voted for in Rhode Island. In first grade we had a mock election at my elementary school for the 1996 election. I remember voting for Bob Dole cause I liked the way he looked more. It's my secret shame. During the 2004 election, I was in a government class and I we had to do a project on either George Bush or John Kerry. I still have my endorsement of Kerry saved. You'd want to vote for Bush after reading it.

I honestly don't remember if Dole was on the ballot or not. I was always going to vote for Chafee. The thing about RI Democrats is that most of them are conservatives. Chafee was the most liberal of the three. The whole "shove-it" thing just really sealed the deal though.

School mock election:

I don't remember 2000.
But 2004 was Kerry because "he was from Massachusetts".

2012 was straight Democratic:
President Barack Obama
Governor Maggie Hassan
Carol Shea-Porter
and two Dems for state Senate/Rep

In 2014, I'm probably going to vote in PA just to get Corbett out of office.
