Anyways, seriously, it's pretty easy to trow around cathphrases like that, but that logic is pretty flawed. Going by that, animals would have the right to free speach(or free barking, or free mooing, or whatever aplicable), the right to freedom of association(better watchout for those canine unnions), the right to keep and bear arms(do you want a mice militia fighting the fatcats?)...
But the point is that animals don't have the capabilities to exerise any of those rights, because they aren't humans.

How can you disagree!? Why go through all the trouble of raping someone when you can watch porn? (in most cases) Obviously if it is taken away, these people will look for rape.  What makes someone want to commit such acts is inherent, and if there is an outlet we can protect many people.
