Does anyone have any predictions on what they think the Hispanic or Black population will be in 2020?  Do you have any predictions for individual states, like in the south?

Probably the US Hispanic population will make up 20% of the US Population based on previous decades census numbers in 2020. The Black Population will probably just probably just crack over the 13% mark. The black population hasn't been growing like the Hispanic and Asian Population over the last 4 decades.
