My plan.

-Support Capital Punishment, expand usage.
-Repeal Roe V. Wade, make abortion illegal in all cases with the exception of the life of the mother.
-Leave Gay marriage up to the states.
-Legalize prostitution at the state level.
-Legalize gambling.
-Cut all funding for the war on drugs, and instead put all funding towards the border and border control.

 - Legalize Same-Sex-Marriage nationwide (but I'm OK with leaving it up to states as well)
 - For abortion, a women should have a right to it, but ideally though there must be a very probable cause for the abortion (rape, diseases, mother's life). "I don't know how to take care of a child" is not a good excuse. So If I were a lawmaker, I would put requirements on when a person can schedule/file for an abortion.
 - All drugs, alcohol, and gambling should all be legal (because people should make decisions for themselves).
 - Oppose death penalty, a state shouldn't decide when you should die, there should be appropriate punishment and rehabilitation.
 - Fully support Stem Cell Research, but I don't think its the most important thing to fund right now.
 - Completely oppose Affirmative Action, in every way, shape, or form.
 - Legalize Prostitution and don't be afraid to be open to educate more about sexuality.

I'm going to respond to this barfbag style.

My plan.

-Support Capital Punishment, expand usage
No, the state shouldn't decided when someone should die. .
-Repeal Roe V. Wade, make abortion illegal in all cases with the exception of the life of the mother.
No, a fetus it is not a baby. Even if you make abortion illegal, it will still occur illegally.
-Leave Gay marriage up to the states.
It makes no sense to take this position. Why should Washington gay couples be allowed marriage equality while it is denied to Mississippi gay couples.
-Legalize prostitution at the state level.
Only arrest customers, stop ruining prostitutes lives through criminal records. Require health checkups and create job transition programs for prostitutes.
-Legalize gambling.
Yes, but discourage through education.
-Cut all funding for the war on drugs, and instead put all funding towards the border and border control.
Replace war on drugs with education programs and rehabilitation facilities for hard drug addicts. Legalize all soft drug use with a 10% tax. Tightly regulate sale of drugs. Fine possession of hard drugs with mandatory rehab on the third strike. The government should pay for rehabilitation. No further efforts towards a border fence.

So basically, in your dystopic version of America, I will get the death penalty for murdering the blackjack dealer who beat up my pregnant hooker girlfriend who was in the middle of giving herself an illegal abortion with a coathanger because the Mexican guy who was supposed to smuggle us some Mifoprostol pills over the border got gunned down by INS.

I think Snowstaker and TNF have a point here insofar as all issues are cultural and social nature, depending on ones perspective. These threads are fun though so I'll bite anyway. Once again, I must deviate from Plageuis' planks and adopt a relatively liberal agenda.

- Abolition of slavery, cruel and corporeal punishments, torture, and execution
- Abortions legal until third trimester; exceptions then for mother's health only
- Accept all defectors and valid applicants for political asylum; accept other refugees if practical
- Do not indoctrinate the youth; provide them with tools in school for them to develop values of their own
- Establish a collection of constitutional protections and rights for non-citizens
- Expand the suffrage to include felons, denizens without citizenship, and people as young as sixteen
- Fully secularize government, its procedures, and symbols; end preferential treatment for Christians
- Grant individuals a pool of days for meditation, religious events, etc. instead of official religious holidays
- Greatly increase immigration quotas, change how they are met, and grant current non-violent illegals amnesty
- Guest worker programs should be seriously explored, as well
- Increase state support for the disabled, those with mental afflictions, and folks with addiction problems
- Legalize all recreational drugs, but regulate somewhat for health and safety
- Legalize gambling but regulate and forbid any bets against ones basic income
- Legalize prostitution but regulate for health and safety
- No other regulation of sex or violence except for against coerced / non-consensual acts
- No censorship of speech or media content and no age restrictions on their consumption
- No government recognition or regulation of marriages; it is a personal matter
- Shift to civil law and a restorative rather than retributive criminal justice system

There are probably over a dozen things here I did not think of while typing this but I may return for some edits.

Gonna go with PJ's method

-Support Capital Punishment, expand usage.
Decrease use of capital punishment
-Repeal Roe V. Wade, make abortion illegal in all cases with the exception of the life of the mother.
Keep abortion legal until the end of the 2nd trimester
-Leave Gay marriage up to the states.
Marriage equality nationwide
-Legalize prostitution at the state level.
At least make sure the sex workers will be required to take birth control, and those who do the do with these men/women, those who have a penis are required to wear a condom, and no person with STD's are not legally allowed to have sexual contact with these workers, expand their rights, rape is still rape, etc.
-Legalize gambling.
Poor Atlantic City.... but sure
-Cut all funding for the war on drugs, and instead put all funding towards the border and border control.
Cut all funding for the war on drugs and spend it on education

-Support Capital Punishment, expand usage.
Oppose.

-Repeal Roe V. Wade, make abortion illegal in all cases with the exception of the life of the mother.
I'm mixed on Roe, but I oppose the second part.

-Leave Gay marriage up to the states.
I like the idea of this approach, but there's still a good argument for deciding it at the federal level.

-Legalize prostitution at the state level.
Support.

-Legalize gambling.
Support.

-Cut all funding for the war on drugs, and instead put all funding towards the border and border control.
Support the first part, disagree with the second.

I would say that they are on much more solid ground than 'working class solidarity'.

But anyway, to sum up, two words; 'prohibition' and 'punishment'. Ban prostitution, drug use etc, and hopefully that will confine their usage to societal dregs. Death penalty for murder, rape and drug dealing. Amendment banning same-sex marriage and gay adoption. Allow tax-payers to donate some of their income tax to the Church.

Can you give me a logical explanation for banning both of these? (besides 'its immoral')

marijuana- legal for 18+
abortion- 100% state-funded abortion on demand
stem cell research- yeah duh
death penalty- support hypothetically, but in practice it's unworkable and unjust

affirmative action- support (not a racist)
smoking bans- outlaw tobacco products
amnesty- anyone who wants to live here should be able to live here
In God We Trust- don't care, but it's a stupid motto
