Does Adlai Stevenson do better in the northeast with former Commerce Secretary and New York Governor, William Harriman? Or, does it matter at all with the million to one shot the Democratic Party had? Would it hurt Stevenson in the south even more? I don't see him doing much worse or see it mattering. Maps!

Likely it remains the same. Harriman might bring a few more votes in New York , but as Eisenhower carried NY by more than 60 percent, there is no chance for winning the state.

It's interesting to see how half of the map has changed.
