Guess what, folks.  I'm about ready to enter another period of family dinners.  I have company coming in Monday and Tuesday for Grandma's surgery on Wednesday.  They'll be here off and on through December 1.  There will be a 2-3 week break in late October, but they'll be here again in the first half of November, then more company will be in over Thanksgiving.  We will be quite tired come early December!  I'm looking forward to it, personally, as my Aunt, Uncle, and Cousin have bought me a ticket with them to a Thunder game in early November.

You should gorge yourself on all that good Bushie family homestyle cookin'!  I hear cheddar cheese dipped into hot bacon grease is phenomenal tasting.  If you have about 3 pounds of that and a couple tubs of ice cream, that sounds like the perfect way to be with your family.  Don't forget to put a moratorium on walking when they're in town though, because that'd be rude.  But sit down and play on your iPad around them all the time.  They'll love rooting for you as you play Angry Birds.

You should probably skip class when they're in town too so you can sleep in, since you'll probably be tired.

And hey!  Bring Allison over too.  They can meet her and you can have the wedding right then!  Why make them come back to town in a few months when you can do it all now?
