In my defense, that was a horrible error. I meant to say the following:

If you think that at least 1.00% of the anti Soviet Mujahedeen did not end up in some form or another in the Taliban, than you are deluded. I cannot help you.

What I was trying to argue was that the Taliban arose in the wake of the Mujahedeen, but ended wording it wrong in the heat of the moment. And I might be spelling Mujahedeen wrong for that matter.

Because decimals are fun and more specific. As part of a timeline that has taken me forever to write, I am using exact percentages in elections-like 2.28% instead of 2.3%, for example.

Some people have criticized him for voicing strong opinions on issues he doesn't know everything about. This may be true. However, we do that all the time on political forums. Let's be honest, there are only a handful of people on this forum who have a clue about economics but yet everyone feels able to express very clear opinions on highly complex economic topics, many of which are questionable at best.
