Could regional departments of homeland security decrease damage better than the federal government? How can we have cleaner water and industrial sites? What should the role of animals be in our society? Before just saying agree or disagree, let's discuss how to implement these ideas or how they could be modified. We should be above opinions of agree or disagree which is why I don't detail every single policy unless I'm individualizing it in it's own thread.

Regional Department of Homeland Security could've decreased damage from Hurricane Katrina.
Clean up polluted industrial sites.
Provide loans to states for cleaner water where needed.
Cash for Clunkers was better than nothing.
Protect free roaming horses.
Keep watch on environmental education grants for outdoor experiences.
Provide funding for public transportation improvements when it comes to pollutants and energy.
Must provide livable habitats for endangered species.
Forrest thinning projects should have to go through congress.
Strengthen prohibition against animal fighting.
Stop considering manure as a hazardous pollutant.
Protect oceanic ecosystems with fishing regulations.
Inter-state efforts to protect Great Lake water resources.
Use eminent domain for fish habitats, national parks, and national forests.
Set goal for more hydrogen powered cars by 2025.
