Obama/Biden would have won by a larger margin in Florida and would have picked up North Carolina. If Scott did serious damage, it would have been more, but I'm not really comfortable naming any other states because he lost all of them so badly. I don't think you understand how toxic and unpopular Rick Scott is, and Romney picking only a two-year Governor would raise eyebrows.
