Actually been there outside of an airport or a ship:

- California
- New York

Technically been to:

- New Jersey (traversing the state's waters when travelling to and from Liberty Island Cheesy )
- Utah (Airport layover)
- Washington (Airport layover)

I think I've already disclosed the states I've been to in this thread.

If I had to break them down into counties, it'll look like this:

California: Alameda, Marin, San Francisco

New Jersey: Hudson (only on the waters surrounding Liberty Island)

New York: Kings, New York, Queens

Utah: Salt Lake (airport layover)

Washington: King (airport layover)

Interesting question... is there a German state I've never been to?

I believe I have at least traversed them all. Specifically, this had been the case with Saarland, on my way to France. I recall being in Baden-Württemberg and Bremen for at least a day visit. And I must have visited all the other states for longer than a day, meaning I slept in them.
