Situation Room

Whilst I don't especially like secrecy, I bleive a special situation room, known only to the POTAF and the VP, the cabinet and the Senate, is created as an AIM chatroom.

We have experienced many crisis recently and we need a place for situations to be resolved as qucikly as possible by the governmental leaders.

I'd suggest it was implemented ASAP. Other Atlasians, when considered appropriate, can be given the pass (name of the room) to enter if they have special knowledge in the situation.

Just kidding but, it must also be said, that some people don't have AIM. I think a situation room would be a good idea though.
