Amendment to Establish the Fourth Pacific Constitution

The current Constitution of the Pacific Region is hereby repealed and replaced by the Fourth Pacific Constitution.

The Fourth Constitution is the work of two prominent and dedicated Atlasians: our own Chief Justice oakvale and renowned legal expert Bacon King. It is modeled on the Northeast Constitution, which is as fine a regional constitution as exists in Atlasia; it keeps our system of government basically the same for now, but puts it on a much firmer constitutional basis going forward. It is critical that we get our region back on track soon, and a large part of that is discarding the current constitution, which clearly does not work, and replacing it with one that does. The new constitution needs a two-thirds majority (four votes) to be put to a public vote. I hope this can be done as soon as possible.
