Gay Marriage: If you don't want to recognize Gay Marriage, then don't recognize Marriage.
Abortion: Legal without restriction in first trimester, and legal for maternal death/permanent disability or an otherwise futile pregnancy thereafter. Favor replacing parental consent laws with immediately reporting children getting pregnant to social services if under 17 and to the police if under 15.
Gambling: I don't care
Prayer in Public School: No involuntary prayer.
School Uniforms: I'd be OK with a strict and transparent school dress code.
Drug Legalization: Marijuana should have similar regulation to alcohol. Maybe some psychedelics should be tolerated as well.
Gun Control: No open carry. Red Flag laws. That's what I am comfortable with. I'm undecided about unregulated concealed carry.
Affirmative Action: Generally oppose, but allow for some form of "Affirmative Action" to benefit the upwardly mobile poor of any background.
Speed Limits: Need less enforcement. Use it on the dangerous people racing making it actually unsafe not to raise municipal funds on poor commuters
Death Penalty: Only for Treason/War Crimes
Mandatory Minimums: Strongly oppose. What ever happened to mandatory maximums?
Incestuous Marriage: Oppose but if royal families feel the need to, who am I to intervene?
Polygamy: Oppose but I am open to changing my mind.
Transgender Issues: Favor allowing them to not face facial discrimination (Military Ban) but can tolerate certain exclusions based on practical concerns. At this point, I'm not sure what to believe on this. A transgendered woman is definitely no longer a man but it is reasonable to be skeptical that they are actually a woman. So, I generally think there are men and women, but there are people who are neither.

school uniforms: oppose
drug legalization: support
gun control: don’t care
affirmative action: don’t care
speed limits: depends on the road
death penalty: oppose

same-sex marriage: strongly support
abortion: Strongly pro-choice
legalized gambling: Moderately oppose
prostitution: Strongly oppose
prayer in school: Strongly oppose. #FreedomOfReligion #ThisIsn'tGilead
school uniforms: Strongly oppose
drug legalization: Mixed (Marijuana and others like it yes, but Cocaine and Heroin no).
gun control: Generally oppose (banning terrorists is fine, since that is somehow legal).
affirmative action: Oppose (Strongly oppose racial AA, neutral on economic)
speed limits: Support
death penalty: Strongly oppose (the government shouldn't have that power)
mandatory minimum sentencing: Strongly Oppose
Incestuous Marriage: Strongly oppose. The only people who do it at this point are West Virginians and royals, and I hate both.
Polygamy: No. No. No. No. Sorry very small sects of Mormonism that support this, Strongly oppose.
Transgender Issues: Ban discrimination but referring to cis women as 'people who menstruate' is offensive to those who have lived with sexism their entire lives.

I've thought of another one to add to this list:
Sex toys.
How do you feel about the legal availability of sex toys?

Well, this clearly went over like a lead balloon. I'll try again.

I guess make sure minors aren't exposed to explicit advertisements? Even Wal-Mart sells dildos next to the condoms and pregnancy tests and nothing bad is happening.

Gay Marriage: Oppose.

Abortion: Strongly pro-life

Gambling: Should be legal and regulated

Prostitution: Morally opposed, but it should be legal. Prostitution will still occur either way, and it's far more preferable to legalize the industry, for the sake of the prostitutes' safety.

Prayer in Public School: Support, as long as it's not being led by staff.

School Uniforms: neutral - could not care less.

Drug Legalization: Drug use should be treated as a medical/health issue, not a criminal one. Legalize, and heavily regulate.

Gun Control: Gun owner myself, support background checks and mental health screenings. I'm far more in favor of regulating WHO can own a gun than WHAT guns people can buy. If you're an upstanding citizen and want to own a machine gun, have at it, hoss.

Affirmative Action: Support, with class considerations given equal status to racial considerations

Speed Limits: Support

Death Penalty: Oppose - except for cases where evidence is truly indisputable and the crime is severe enough

Mandatory Minimums: Oppose

Incestuous Marriage: Oppose

Polygamy: Oppose

Transgender Issues: generally not an "ally"

Gay Marriage: Oppose.
Abortion: Oppose. In principle I support a full ban with only exception to save the life of the mother, but am willing to get behind whatever hackneyed compromise necessary to move in that direction.
Gambling: Support banning, including the lottery. It's not a high priority issue because it's not fundamentally immoral, but it does damage society. Also, the fact that the government is literally running a scam is concerning.
Prayer in Public School: Support. Support, but not really sure how to make this practicable on a widespread basis.
School Uniforms: Support I guess but don't really care.
Drug Legalization: Oppose. I'm all for focusing on rehabilitation (though not "rehabilitation" like in Oregon where we just use it as an excuse to not do anything), but forced treatment is necessary. Explicit punishment is necessary for those who are able to control their drug use.
Gun Control: Generally oppose but it's not an issue I am motivated by. My usual rule for evaluating if I support a control measure depends on if it allows the government to build a list of owners for future seizure. If it does, I oppose it.
Affirmative Action: Oppose. To whatever extent practical, I support racial blindness.
Speed Limits: Support
Death Penalty: Oppose. Support an unconditional ban in the US as a sentence (obviously not including when suspects are shot justifiably during apprehension).
Mandatory Minimums: Oppose. There are always going to be weird cases with trumped up charges every now and then.
Incestuous Marriage: Oppose.
Polygamy: Oppose.
Transgender Issues: I don't believe we can choose our gender and support banning gender surgery on underage people. But also don't be a jerk just cuz.

Well, this clearly went over like a lead balloon. I'll try again.

Bumpity-bump-bump; bump-bump.

I got one reply, so I'll try one more time and then give up.

This is an issue worth some discourse, because we have had state legislatures banning sex toys in the not-too-distant past. And there is "conflict among the circuits" in the federal courts, with no resolution yet by The Supremes. In the case of Williams v. Pryor, the Eleventh Circuit upheld an Alabama law that banned the distribution of sex toys. It's possible that the law is still on the books in Alabama. On the other hand, the adjoining Fifth Circuit struck down a virtually identical Texas law in Reliable Consultants Inc, v. Earle (517 F.3d 738 (5th Cir, 2008)).

So who here agrees with the Fifth Circuit and who agrees with the Eleventh Circuit? (Either socially or legally?)

Gay marriage? Keep the government out
Abortion?  Strongly oppose
Legalized gambling? Oppose
Prostitution?  Don't legalize but most of these people wouldn't be prostituting themselves if they were able to afford to put food on the table. Focus on rehabilitation and helping them get on their feet rather than imprisonment. Those seeking services (in most cases) also need psychological help, but they don't need to go to jail.
Prayer in school?  Voluntary
School uniforms? Oppose
Drug legalization? Decriminalize; focus on rehab rather than imprisonment. Most people turn to drugs due to peer pressure, mental illness, hitting rough times, or a combination. Those are the issues that need to be addressed, not the drugs itself.
Gun control? Oppose in most cases except for if the courts deem the person to be a threat to themselves or others and even still, there should be annual trials with due process.
Affirmative action? Oppose
Speed limits? Oppose
Death penalty? Oppose
Mandatory minimum sentencing? Oppose

Gambling: Legalized but heavily regulated, taxed, etc

School Uniforms:Agnostic
Drug Legalization:  Strongly Support Legalization of Soft Drugs, Support Decriminalization of Hard Drugs
Gun Control:  Strongly Support in theory, though think Democrats should strategically punt this issue
Affirmative Action:  Oppose, soft forms okay
Speed Limits: Strongly Support
Death Penalty:  Strongly Oppose
Mandatory Minimums: Oppose
Incestuous Marriage: Oppose (maybe favor with voluntary sterilization)
Polygamy: Oppose

What is the logical reason to oppose polygamous and/or incestuous marriages (assuming sterility in the latter case) but affirm same-sex marriages?
