The fact that Cochran and Wicker bring home close to 800 million in earmarks every year is pretty impressive...it more than makes-up for the rather unimpressive Phil Bryant Roll Eyes

Still, nothing beats Cochran/Lott/Barbour...sounds like that would be one bad-ass firm to have on K Street!

EDIT:  Correction, Cochran and Wicker together sponsored close to 800 million dollars worth of Earmarks in FY 2009.  Not necessarily all this money went to Mississippi, and specific earmarks that both Cochran and Wicker sponsored are counted twice.

Make no mistakes... Amy K will tell a genuinely funny joke and then torture your ass for a confession... but you know, she was a prosecutor.

But Mark Dayton and Al Franken definitely balance any shortcomings Amy Klobuchar has.  Also the fact that Amy Klobuchar is actually considered the funnier of the two senators from MN adds to her.

In the end, she's big on feelgood crap like pool drains (though that particular case was very grisly and the fix was more of a "duh" moment than anything)

Vermont. I like Minnesota, Colorado and Montana too.

EDIT: Although I'm thinking into the future for Montana.

"Best" is pretty subjective, but I'll just say that New York has three very talented politicians between Schumer, Gillibrand, and Cuomo.

Vermont, but Massachusetts, Minnesota, Oregon and hopefully Montana in the future, are also pretty good.

Vermont, Minnesota, and Colorado are all great.
Of the all-Republican states, I think Tennessee might be the best.
