Not that I agree with the law, but it's a far cry from prohibition. Let's look at the listed things it does:
Most places already have some law like this. Hell this is slightly laxer than Minnesota's, where the hours are between 10PM and 8AM and not at all on Sundays.
That's not really a ban on advertising, though far stricter than anything in the US or most Western countries, yes.
That's incredibly stupid, but blurring out alcohol doesn't exactly disguise what it is, and cigarettes are certainly not illegal in Turkey.
Probably will just be ignored by all the buyers, and cigarettes are still legal.
That's basically similar to the laws in all US states, except some allow gas stations to sell it (well if sports clubs means live sporting events yeah that's kind of rather restrictive.)
