Just got back from EDC Chicago! Weather sucked, but it was still a pretty wild time. My legs, ears, and throat are pretty much non-functional right now.

I didn't get a chance to go to EDC NY last weekend, but the weather sucked for it also.  Heard it was still amazing though.

I like some of it. I'm going to Governors Ball in about a week which will have quite a bit of EDM.

I had Electric Area on in the car today and they were playing live sessions from it. I thought of this post. Tongue

best sets were major lazer, krewella, madeon, knife party, steve angello and nicky romero.

most diappointing was porter robinson, atb, tiesto, and dash berlin.

the hardstyle stage was insane too.

i seriously think if diplo directed us to burn sh**t down, people would have set everything on fire with no thought at all

It's been some time I'd wanted to make a thread to ask advice for good electro songs to listen to. I like ones that start gently and soar into a crescendo to a pulsating beat that rocks you entirely. I have a little playlist on my phone that I listen to to wake me up while going to work or to anaesthetize myself going home. Would you care adding some that could fit in ?

Megastylez - 7 days
Megastylez - Take back the dancefloor
Global deejays - Hardcore Vibes
Martin Solveig - Hello
Darude - Sandstorm
Bob Sinclar - Rock this party
Cascada - Everytime we touch
Cascada - Ready for love
David Guetta - Titanium
Scooter - Nessaja
Nicki Minaj - Starships (yeah, not really electro, but the beat after the chorus kind of is though)
