wow, this is amazing given New Mexico is "comfortably blue" at least in federal elections.. have to think this will boost Martinez's appeal to the GOP in 2016, also female and hispanic.

The VP choice can do more to harm the Presidential nominee than to help. Just look at how little the choice of Lloyd Bentsen did for Democrats in 1988.
