I feel like I'd be starving again in an hour after eating a 290 calorie salad? Maybe two of those salads would do the trick hahah

It's not the size of the calories in the meal, it's the size of the meal in the calories.  It's surprisingly filling.

But yeah, if I was really hungry I would go for two.  Still, Bushie's a man who has stated he's order multiple burgers at a drive thru to fill him up.  Multiple chicken salads is a step up if he has to go that route.

We've got 70-80 mph winds with reports near 90 and quarter-golf ball size hail coming in from Chickasha, Tuttle, and Mustang. I'm going to get my car safe from the wind.

Yes, Granny and your parents can suffer.  HP.

I guess severe weather will mean that walks are cancelled for the next week or so.

Grandma has a 2 car garage with only 1 car.  Mom and Dad has a 2 car carport with 2 cars.  I'm the 3rd car in the 2 car carport.  I'd be a HP if I let it get totaled by hail.  The storms weren't bad enough to warrant taking shelter, just had to get my car protected.

Is it that hard to just cut out fast food? It's all garbage. If you want a burger, make it yourself. And try to get some fiber. You must have a terrible time pooping.

Tornado season is winding down.  I should have several opportunities to get out and walk in the near future.

We do try to have grilled hamburgers quite often during the summer.  Even during the winter, we have a NuWave that we can cook stuff with.

This is really the most pointless and ridiculous thread in the entire world.  No one should blame any of this on his upbringing, location or his parents cooking. Bushie is lazy and acts helpless to continue doing nothing but sit on his very large duff all day. Anyone with an internet connection can figure out what not to eat on a quick google search. He will spend money on gas and hotel for one night that could be spent on healthy food for a whole month. Of course, he is too lazy to actually cook for himself so he will crawl under big mommas skirt and greedily slurp up beans and cornbread. Grow up and be a man for once. Put a stop to this endless f%cking pity party. You deserve a swift kick in the a$$ and more people in your life should do this.

Patrick, I thank you for your post.  I get made fun of and laughed at and criticized for where I'm at in life, but that's okay with me.  In no way have I failed in life and in no way am I a failure right now.  No sir.  I know who I am.  There are things I wish I could change and I am working on those.  Nobody expects those changes to happen overnight.  The only thing that matters is not the opinions of those on the forum or those on facebook.  What matters is I have a plan and I am working on getting there.  I ask everyone to sit back, chill for a bit, and watch things play out.  No one can hear the movie if there are chatty kathy's in the theater.

This isn't making fun of you. This is the truth. You hop from one thing to the next with no rhyme or reason. Forgive us for not buying into your grand scheme that perpetually changes.  It is one thing to waste your own time and resources but you are adversely affecting those who are closest to you. You should be told that you are being a leech and parasite. You should expect no quarter here when you make dumb ass decisions and act the fool.  Oh noes I had 4 sloppy joes, i wonder if that is bad.  Stop trolling the forum and report back when you have actually accomplished one damn thing you said you would.

At least he admitted it was a waste. I know he gets sick of his parents and wants to have some brief relaxations since he refuses to actually torrent porn. I get it. I just want him to admit it and stop all of this lying.

Yep, that was basically my point. I find the constant lying about what's he's doing and why he's doing it more annoying than what it is he's actually doing 90% of the time. I understand that he wanted a break from his parents... this probably wasn't the smartest/cheapest way to go about it, whatever... but he needs to stop blowing smoke up our ass about making this huge overnight trip so that he could talk to a college secretary for five minutes when he could have easily called her on the phone from home.

You gotta give your viewers more credit than that, BushOK!

I know you're not making fun.  You're telling it like it is.  I appreciate that.  I'm not requiring anybody to buy into my plans.  I have no power to change anyone's mind for the good or the bad.  Like I said, though, I know who I am.  My parents and I have a plan to get me off their dole.  It's actually a plan I have conjured up with their advice.  The plan is to go to school this fall and spring which I have decided it will be CAD-Mechanical, then in late May/early June 2014, I should be able to get a good job pretty much anywhere around the region.  Dad and I are thinking the DFW area right now.  My parents and I have been through the drill of relocating me to a different city, so we know how to handle that.  Dad is the one who mentioned Fort Worth, Arlington, or Irving.  Then, save up enough money and be off their dole by January 1, 2015 at the very latest.  I would prefer late summer 2014.  I have also decided that I am going to wait to apply to the Peace Corps or any foreign trips until after I get off my parents' money once and for all and I can raise any money I need to myself.  The next overseas trip I make, I will raise all the money myself without their support unless they choose to donate a small amount without my asking.  I haven taken the advice of the forum to wait on the Peace Corps because of my weight.  I may not even go to the Peace Corps and go straight for Kenya.  If I go to Kenya (and, I'm saying if right now since it is a long way out), on my next trip I will try to spend all summer there in 2015 or 2016 and then move down there by 2018 or 2019 when they'll be ready for me.  That will give me a good 4-5 years to work in Fort Worth minus a summer trip after I have been there for at least a year.  To go for the summer, I will have to raise $5,000.  Again, I will raise that all myself without asking for any help from my parents.  When I get off their dole, I will get off their dole, completely.  I will also work on my weight in the mean time.

What kind of job allows you to blow off an entire summer for an overseas trip?  Won't you inevitably have to quit your job to make that summer-long trip to Kenya, then find another job when you come back?

Lots of jobs might be willing to rehire. Mine has before for people who've quit for various reasons (going back to school, moving somewhere else, etc.) One of my fellow training associates I've been working with on our last class is someone who quit about a year ago, then she returned and was rehired only in the past month, yet they let her keep all her seniority and promoted her to training associate fairly quickly. She was just that good when she was here previously.

Now of course this is for people who are very reliable and good employees, which we know Bushie is not. So that's not going to work in his instance. Like many of his plans, this is another classic Bushie where it might work for some people, but clearly not for him. It's obvious Bushie wasn't even a solid employee at Oklahoma Natural Gas, otherwise they would've probably tried to find some way to get him back in.

That's why I'm not going to go until I've been there at least a year, maybe two.

Believe it or not, I am preaching this Sunday.  I am only the Associate Pastor at my church, so I don't preach all the time.  The Lead Pastor doesn't get a chance to hear sermons much, so he has asked me to preach this Sunday, 2 June and on Sunday, 7 July.  This Sunday, I will be in 1 Samuel 1-2.  On 7 July, I will likely do a missions oriented sermon.

Again, pathetic.  I just went for run after not having exercised all day, but the pedometer on my watch still says i walked 5000 steps.

Walking is not working out to be done every other day.  You should be walking every single day you're not sick with the flu.

Inks, Opebo and whoever else is interested, we can just set up a betting pool in PMs on condition that Bushie does something, and award the winner most of the pool (all except for one buyin) and give the rest of the money to Bushie to support his lifestyle/lifestyle change/whatever is the winner's preference. Let's say $10 to start, I'm sure all of you guys can spend that much on paypal(I might even join if I think of anything that I want Bushie to do).

I do have in my schedule for today to walk before the storms fire up.  I'm going to try to walk right after the Noon News, so about 1300, I may walk for a brief 20-30 minutes.
