I still lost 2 pounds as a result of the 4 sloppy joes.

No, that's not how it works.

Forget it.  You'll never convince him.  He's going to lose weight gorging on Mexican tonight because the beans make him sh**t a lot.  Get with it, Mr. Kemp.

Oh I know. As I said before, there was a time when I genuinely wanted things to work out for this guy but now the only point is to sit back and laugh (or cry).

You still didn't answer my question BTW.  How many sloppy joes would you be eating if you WEREN'T on a diet?

Probably 3.  I only had the 4th one last night to clean up the rest of the meat.  I generally stop at 3.

You ate one more sloppy joe than you would have otherwise had because you were on a diet?

Bushie, walk through this logically:

  • You are severely obese due to poor eating habits.
  • You normally eat 3 sloppy joes.
  • Yesterday, you ate 4 sloppy joes.

How in the world can you say you dieted yesterday?

If you normally ate 5 and ate 4, or normally ate 3 and this time only ate 1, I'd give you some points.  But yesterday you ate 4 and you normally ate 3.  You're doing even worse, not better.

"Clean up the meat" is a lame excuse, too.  You have a refrigerator.  You could have easily ate 1 sloppy joe and a large salad for dinner, another sloppy joe and a large salad for lunch the next day, and another sloppy joe and large salad the next night for dinner--more than satisfying your 3 sloppy joe fix and eating far less calories over a two day period.

Four sandwiches's worth of ground beef alone is like 800-1000. Even if Bushie used very lean ground beef, that's still over 600. Four buns is 480 calories. Four servings of sloppy joe mix is about 150. Plus 160 calories of chips. His dinner was at the very least 1400 calories and probably closer to 1700 or 1800.

Even if he had eaten only 1200 calories, sloppy joes are basically just unrefined carbs, sugary sauce, and fatty meat. And more fat and processed carbs in the potato chips. This is not a healthy diet. At all.

I read the nutrition labels on each item.  I know how many calories I had.

Anyway, does it really matter at this point?  I still lost 2 pounds as a result of the 4 sloppy joes.  I guess if I had starved myself by having just one tiny sandwich, I could have lost 3-4 pounds.  There is absolutely no use or no reason to keep bashing me over the head for a dinner choice when I actually benefited from it.  Unless, of course, you want to attack for the sake of attacking, which is mostly what this is all about.

There were nutrition labels on the beef? That said four servings of beef were only 300 calories? Did you put like a teaspoon of beef on each sandwich?

Of course it f[inks]ing matters, if you don't want to die before you're 50. If you're okay with dying before you're fifty, go ahead, continue to eat four sloppy joes for dinner as part of your weight loss diet.

You know I'm not Inks, you know I've been one of the people in this thread defending you and trying to give you advice. But you're being ridiculous. Stop pretending you benefited from eating a family's dinner's worth of food for dinner last night, and stop pretending that not changing your habits at all is a weight-loss diet.

Unfortunately, Lief, the sweet release of death at 50 will probably evade Bushie.  The travesty is that we the taxpayers will be tossing billions in Medicare dollars to keep him and his kind alive until he's 70, maybe even 80.

His suffering will not be an earlier death but a steady diet of blood pressure and heart meds, knee/hip replacements, etc., etc. at our expense, while praying that the Blessed Lord comes to destroy us all for our sins and reward him with a mansion in the sky.

Do you doubt Bushie's existence? I don't find his story all that difficult to believe.

He's lied many times.  He's admitted to many lies, usually after he's called out on something.  There are presumably other lies that he's never admitted to, because he wasn't caught.  So yeah, I'm sure some of what he says is true and some isn't.  Not worth trying to sort out what goes into which category.

He lies to make himself look better. AFAIK, he has never been caught in a lying to make himself look worse, which is pretty remarkable when you stop and consider all the foolishness over the years. I feel pretty confident in the validity of his obesity, chronic unemployment, time oriented neuroses, and so on. By far, the biggest hole in his story is financial. He's no doubt injured his parents far, far more than he's let on.

This post is funny to me because it reminds me of what you were saying two years ago.

Other posters aren't the ones making you look dumb, Bushie. You've repeatedly made some very bad choices, so much so that half the forum thinks you must be a fraud because no real person could make so many bad choices. I don't know the details of your financials, but I suspect they're pretty scary at this point. You need to get creative in looking for income. Have you considered getting a roommate for your house? That's an easy few hundred/month right there. If possible, you could even rent out the house and move home with your parents. If your mom really does need to retire, having an extra wage earner in the house could come in handy, even if it's only $8-$10/hour. There are all kinds (and I do mean all kinds) of odd jobs you can find on craigslist. Can you mow yards? Paint houses? Are you comptetant enough at any subject to tutor kids? I know a lot of people who have delivered pizzas to help make ends meet. It pays fairly well and requires almost no skills. Above all, find something that is sustainable. By now, you can probably see how destructive changing jobs frequently can be.

Especially since they live in a mobile home. I don't know many who are well off living in mobile homes. I don't know anyone living in mobile homes period, but what's beside the point.

Yeah, for as much as he "knows" about severe weather, it's pretty odd that he was willing to defraud his parents for porn for years (among the other ways that he's defrauded them).  With all he's scammed out of them, who knows, they might be able to live somewhere that's not a death trap during severe storms.

They've been living in a mobile home since 1981.  They would rather be living in a regular house, and maybe moving into Grandma's house whenever she passes.  Them being able to afford a regular house has no bearing on me.

They'd be closer to buying a home if they weren't preoccupied funding your scams and your poor decisions.

I've been cracking up reading the posts about the sloppy Joe's, and my family is looking at me like I'm a crazy person now.

Utter offensive drivel as always Inks (and no better than most commenters on this thread):

In fact he has merely eked out the barest necessities of life from his parents, not any great amount of money which could by any stretch of the imagine lead to paying for a house.

If you guys want to badger and criticize BushOK, please try to keep it realistic.  All this fantastic gobbledigook you spew just makes you seem manic rather than offering a real critique.

Applying this to his food intake - it sounds as if he's eating much less than previously and certainly far less than I do for one (and I'll wager no more than most of you do).

Porn and Ameriplan are bare necessities?  Come on... quit your trolling.  It's perfectly realistic for him to not rip off his parents.

Jeff, you had Nixonian jowls and looked unhealthy in 2008. You are obsessed with how old you are but you look a decade older than you are and probably in worse health than someone in their early 50's.  You are wasting your youth. You can change all this if you change your attitude. If not you will live a limited life in duration and in experience. You probably had like 2000 calories in your meal. That should be your count for the day.

I have to say I have a deep sympathy for anyone who dreams impotently of the destruction of others.

Those items are very small amounts of money and neither they nor his food and gasoline are significant contributors to the family's poverty.  That of course, is caused by their class position and resulting low income: i.e., it is not Bushies fault nor their own.

Wait...I just thought about something and this may have been addressed before but how did Bushie have a Playboy TV subscription when he shares a single wide mobile home with his parents?

It's hilarious that he kept saying "Trust me, trust me, I'm going to see the dietician, it'll be different this time!" And then since he's met with the dietician, he's literally not changed his diet at all (except for eating more sloppy joes...). As far as I can tell, he's eaten literally zero vegetables. Not a single vegetable since meeting with the dietician and starting his new diet. His meals have been two bowls of rice krispies, three sausages with mustard, four sloppy joes, and a handful of potato chips. That is his new weight-loss diet. As far as I can tell, he hasn't even walked.

If most are, then all a handicap sticker will get him is parking within the first 5 rows.

Watch Soccer tomorrow! It would provide for an interesting twist to the story. Yes, twist. It could count as exercise.
