My main goal is reforming the Court.  I'll happily see other reforms passed instead of impeachment.

I'm personally against impeachment at this stage, but what kind of reforms are you suggesting?

I think term limits are important.  I had proposed legislation a while back about reforming the Court, and stand by that.  I like Kal's bill.  I think the Justices have all served for too long, and we need to start over.

I tried, and it failed amid cries of "politicizing the Court!"  We need a new start, and these Justices have to go.

This is the element I'm concerned about... it should be about the Court and it's role in our democracy. The nature of their work and more importantly how rarely the Court is actually utilised is the problem. I see this as a bigger and more structural issue, rather anything about the personalities.

Lol "these justices have to go" is what I thought. Knowing your intentions, I doubt I can support any of your Court related ideas. They've done nothing wrong.

I would be absolutely fine with Senate term limits as well, not that I expect that to actually get through.

I don't think it's the personalities, so much as the need to start over.  There needs to be a discussion about the Court, including its Justices.

Nothing; I'm just sticking true to what I've said about term limits. Principles, and such. Tongue

What have any of them done to deserve impeachment (and please give reasons other than political disagreements)?

I am concerned about term limits on the court. Any period would be risky, but especially the one year proposed by KAlwejt. If such were in place, then I can't help but think that such would lead to greater political calculations. He bans consecutive terms as means to possibly avoid this, but I don't think it would be enough in my opinion to ensure that.
