Per the Constitution:

"Members from within their regions shall have total control of how Gubernatorial elections shall be administered within their own regions. Governors shall be the Chief Representative from their respective region thereof.  Governors also have the power to fill in a Senate seat from within their region if it were to ever become vacant. Regions may also create other positions within their own regions, and may set their election rules however they wish. Regions shall not pass any law that sets elections rules for federal positions. "

Has there been any discussion of how this is all actually going to happen?  Does each region need its own "Constitution"?  How will we deal with the proliferation of numerous threads which will have to be created pertaining to Region-specific issues and elections?

Nah. You and me can decide for our region and the others will have to go along with it. Smiley
