Expect Edwards to be above 40 when all said and done - New Orleans has barely reported.

Possible, but I've heard Orleans turnout was awful. He's getting 83% though, which is better than Obama. We'll see.

Baton Rouge is also mostly out - should help Edwards and Dardenne.

It would be a very pretty map if Edwards picks up Bossier, La Salle, Caldwell, and Sabine but everything else stays the same.

Looks like northern part of the state and Acadania are more reported than the eastern part of the state. So, Vitter still looks like a clear favorite for a runoff to me.

La Salle and Saint Bernard Parishes have just finalized for Vitter.

Interesting - there's been huge pro- D demographic change since Katrine in St. Bernard. Even Landrieu carried it in 2014. Back in the 1990's, it was >65% for David Duke.
