I'm really torn between Sinclair and Kefauver. I'm reluctant to vote out a President I support, but Kefauver looks great.

I'll wait and see how things evolve...

OK, Sinclair seems to be the strongest candidate. I'll go for him.

If Ike freaking Eisenhower can't be elected, then we know the Republicans are dead in Atleftica.

He's running against a pretty strong Socialist candidate right now. I think he would have easier time getting elected against Thomas or someone who wasn't a popular author like Sinclair.

Now it's 52% Eisenhower, 40% Sinclair, 4% Kefauver, 4% Hass! The race is tightening!

Wow, looks like I missed a whole bunch of these. Anyways, Sinclair seems the reasonable choice.

48% Eisenhower, 44% Sinclair, nobody seems to give a damn about Kefauver or Hass.

Not-so-secret left-wing meeting for the future: What do you guys think about having JFK in 1960 with Humphrey as his VP, then Humphrey 'til 1972, then Eugene McCarthy 'til 1980, then Ted Kennedy. Would that not be amazing?

And Sinclair '52, then Hoopes or Hoan '56. We can have the Democrats shift leftward and assimilate the Socialists.

Zombie Thomas Jefferson isn't that palatable to the general electorate, Ben. Those Democrats really hate the Zombie Party for some reason.

A typical mistake of mine. My mind thinks "election", my hands type "convention".

Vote Democratic...the symbolism of a pro Civil Rights Southerner is more important than just about anything at this time.
