In light of recent events in the Pacific, I am directing the full force of the Atlasian National Guard to protect the stability and sovereignty of the Pacific Region as it is so defined the federal powers that be. I kindly ask the Imperial Dominion of the South to, at the very least, only act in support of federal direction in this situation, if not step down entirely.

Until Senate action, a Supreme Court decision, or action taken by the Pacific citizens to restore order themselves, the sovereignty of the Pacific region, as it has so been defined by the Senate and the Constitution, shall not be infringed by any regional or foreign body.

The Regional Legislative and Constitutional Amendment Authority Act of 2013 has passed the Senate and have happy fing Fourth of July. Do remember that only certain sections of this are to be signed into law, as the others are Amendments.
