More significant here is the poor result of Amy Klobuchar. For a popular senator, it seems strange that she gets only 11% of the vote in a full primary and can't reach a majority when the two strongest candidates are not included.

That simply has to do with the fact that voters want Klobuchar to remain in the Senate, while voters - not only in MN - want Hillary Clinton to continue the Democratic legacy of Obama in 2016.

Last time, Minnesota was a caucus, so the SurveyUSA poll showing her leading in the 'primary' (IIRC) didn't really pan out.

It will still be a caucus in 2016.

About this poll....both Clinton and Klobuchar do better with the women and Biden with the men:

men:

Clinton 51%
Biden 18%
Klobuchar 8%

women:

Clinton 63%
Biden 12%
Klobuchar 12%

What's also interesting is that virtually every political poll I've ever seen had more undecideds among women than men.  However, in this primary matchup, with 2 of the 3 leading candidates being women, there are more undecideds among men than women.

Yeah.  For obvious reasons, too, we haven't had a great time with recent Minnesotan presidential aspirants, so that might also be affecting the results.
