WELCOME TO SUPER TUESDAY!
Welcome to the 2012 Republican Primaries Super Tuesday! We finally have the results here, and we may finally have a frontrunner which is...oh dear... well let's get on to the results!

2. Michele Bachmann - 25%
3. Newt Gingrich - 15%
4. Jon Huntsman - 5%

Georgia:
1. Newt Gingrich - 47%
2. Michele Bachmann - 26%
3. Ron Paul - 20%
4. Jon Huntsman - 6%

Idaho:
1. Ron Paul - 60%
2. Michele Bachmann - 16%
3. Jon Huntsman - 16%
4. Newt Gingrich - 8%

Massachusetts:
1. Jon Huntsman - 40%
2. Ron Paul - 35%
3. Newt Gingrich - 15%
4. Michele Bachmann - 10%

North Dakota:
1. Ron Paul - 40%
2. Michele Bachmann - 30%
3. Newt Gingrich - 20%
4. Jon Huntsman - 10%

Ohio:
1. Newt Gingrich - 38%
2. Jon Huntsman - 37%
3. Ron Paul - 15%
4. Michele Bachmann - 9%

Oklahoma:
1. Ron Paul - 35%

Well, After this upset, we may have to call Ron Paul the front runner. One wonders how Bachmann is going to last after only two wins overall, and no Super Tuesday wins. Will she finally drop out?

Paul wouldn't win Idaho because of all the Mormons. Oklahoma I'm also skeptical about. I like where this is going, though if Paul wins the nomination I hope you will keep this realistic and not fabricate a Paul victory when he would clearly lose to Obama by 20+ points.

Rachel Maddow:
I'm sure you've been watch this GOP primary with some interest, but it seems a civil war is breaking out through conventions. The GOP establishment is try to stop Ron Paul from winning delegates at state conventions, even if he won the popular vote there. Could the GOP be breaking down from the inside out?

What are the Illinois polls looking like? That's ground zero for Huntsman. If wins it (presumably from Paul getting support from libertarian down-state voters and eating into Gingrich's #s), he has a map with great potential: WI, DC, MD on April 3, and the northeast bomb of PA, NY, RI, DE, CT

All the campaigns are putting a lot of money and effort into Illinois, Huntsman leads, albeit narrowly.
Current polls:
Huntsman 28%
Paul 25%
Gingrich 23%
Bachmann 18%
Undecided 6%

I hope the republican ticket is Gingrich / Bachmann and they crush Obama in the General Election.
