Isn't the real problem here that us god-fearing Americans don't have access to tanks, explosives, and inter-continental ballistic missiles? Wouldn't you feel safer if your kids had to negotiate some landmines to get to school every morning?

I have always gotten a warning like this when starting with a new therapist, about an exception to doctor-patient confidentiality.  I've started with six therapists in the past 2 1/3 years.  all have said that or something exactly like it.  all have been in NY.  probably isn't very meaningful.

It's actually about gunning down a rogue hoodlum threatening one's self, one's family, or one's property; a task which the police are given 15 rounds for but the people 7.

Of course, the state of New York knows full well that 7 round magazines are not manufactured for a large portion of the people's guns.

People who purchased guns that use 10 round magazines were law abiding. Now of course you are trying to take away their guns. At least be honest about it.

They're doing it backwards. There needs to be a mandatory and comprehensive psych evaluation before anybody can buy a gun. This is just going to keep the nutters from seeking counseling.
