Do you watch, listen, or read them?

I usually read the transcript for the one given by my state's Governor and skim over a few ones from other states.

Pretty boring usually but 2013's are just starting: http://www.multistate.com/site.nsf/sos2013?OpenPage

I saw part of Snyder's over a year ago. I think I liked what I heard. I voted freedom just because.

I actually like them, even those of red-state governors. The governors are in charge of watching over their states, so why shouldn't they be able to give the public an idea of what they think the future of the state should be?
