In the case of NixonNow vs. StevenNick, the Supreme Court of Atlasia unanimously rules in favor of the plaintiff. NixonNow's voting rights shall be restored in full.

We rule that StevenNick violated the Civil Liberties Amendment, Clauses 1 and 8, by removing Mr. NixonNow's voting right without due process. Since trolling is a crime, the proper due process would have been a trial.  All future instances where trolling is accused for any purpose, a trial must be held to determine guilt.

Under normal circumstances, StevenNick may have brought this issue to trial, but because Clause 8 specifies that all criminal accusations must have a trial occur within one month of the accusation, we are unable to hold a trial on NixonNow's trolling.  However, should NixonNow be accused of trolling in the future, a trial may be held to determine guilt.  If found guilty, his registration may be removed.

-This decision is certified by KEmperor, John Dibble, and Texasgurl.

It is better than innocent citizens having to live in fear of criminals.

We did not want to let NixonNow off on a technicality, but the law is the law. Remember, we did specify that future trolling can result in his voting rights being removed. If he wishes to keep those rights, he will refrain.
