Who is the Bakersfield Resident?

I didn't get any answers on the one that I did at another place that I asked it, so here, who is the Bakersfield Resident? I'm a newbie trying to help another newbie on this so thanks ahead of time!

I like the idea of Kyle becoming some kind of legendary bogeyman figure with whom to scare newbies.

He was banned, and kept creating sock puppets to come on here, so his real name and location was posted in several threads, with commentary on his personality, so if someone, such as a potential employer, googled his name, they would find this commentary write quickly. I think eventually an agreement was reached, that he would stop creating new accounts here and posters would stop mentioning his name. This led to the Harry Potter joke that said poster is he who must not be named.

Is this guy the Bakersfield resident? Ever since I first mentioned it, this guy has been desperate to find out who he who shall not be named is/proving he is not he who shall not be named.

In retrospect it was quite bad. Being an utter asshat on the internet forum shouldn't be a bagage you'll have to wear in future life.

At least we achieved a nuclear detterence. He knows the moment he steps in (and despite his efforts it would be a matter of time since someone recognized him), the forum hits "**** is a sociopath and a troll from ****", so we're free of him.

What the hell did he do that was so bad as to warrant calling him a sociopath?  I wasn't posting much in those days.  I can't think of anyone currently who gets called a sociopath.

He never really moved past a middle school bully mindset and would do similar things just to amuse himself, which is quite sociopathical, even going as far as digging up personal information about posters from off the forum. Also would use homophobic insults and was big on "HA HA I JUST CALLED YOU A f****t I'M SO ORIGINAL AND CLEVER". Then there's how he treated his Atlasia opponents...

Probably the worst thing he ever did though was make a post of insults and mocking to another poster in a thread where that poster mentioned that their friend had just died.

no, its just some people has recently accused me of being "the Bakersfield resident"; and I want to know who he is. And I'm not him.
