What year did you start staying up until midnight on New Year's Eve?

For me, it was age 10 - NYE 1992 going into 1993.

This is the earliest one I have memory of, so, 1999-2000.

Probably when I was 10 or 11. It's so funny that that used to be a big deal to me, and now it's rare that I ever go to bed before midnight.

I don't know, but I was probably seven--2000 going into 2001.  The only time other than Election Night where I would even think about going to bed that late (although I did stay up until midnight to watch The Goonies once… )
