From a glance probably around 3-4%, that probably goes up a point if you count Mineral as Christian. Hopesfall is kind of borderline too but I counted them.

2% or so, maybe.  Audio Adrenaline is really the only Christian rock band I listen to.

Most of my music is CDs, but plenty of that is carols and hymns, yes. On my computer the proportion is a lot lower. I've probably downloaded more music with Buddhist themes, to be honest, since downloading is how I get most of my imported music.

Probably not something you'd ever hear on a British radio station, but there are quite a few bands that do songs in modern music genres but with lyrics suitable for evangelical Christians for whom if something is good to listen to, it is even better if it praises Jesus.

Does Sufjan Stevens count as Christian? Because all his albums are on my computer. Otherwise, none of course.

A quick search for the term "God" returned The Beach Boys vs. J-Dilla - Songs In The Key of Dee - God Only Knows, and Modeselektor - Happy Birthday - Godspeed, so that was kind of a bust.

However I do have Sufjan Stevens' albums and he says he's a Christian. Does that count?

If one believes that God is the originator of creation and, acordingly creativity, then 100%, including iron maiden.

I can only think of Incubus (not that Incubus) and Trouble. Incubus is okay, better before they rerecorded their albums with biblical lyrics. Trouble released probably one of the best metal albums of all time with Psalm 9, and it's Christian to the bone. Watching 'heads fidget over that one is always a blast, it's too good to ignore.

E: Oh, Bad Brains too. More Rasta, but Rock For Light is Bible this, Bible that.

Christian music in general? None I believe.

Music recorded by Christians? Probably quite a few, but I dunno.

Also, what percentage of Atlasia knew that this was a BRTD thread?

I don't have that song on there yet, but I hope to at some point.  I have plenty of CDs of Christian music, but none really on my computer.

Jay dee!

Quite a bit. Ethiopian stuff, Ghanian gospel, and several hymns and chants. Not the stuff BRTD is thinking of, though.

If we're talking religious Christian bands/singers, then 0%.
