How about we move until two weeks before the first primary than we have 2 weeks of one at a time campaigning.

Thats a very good idea. I was plannig mid dec. but 2 weeks before is much better Smiley

Would anyone be interested in having the next turn move us forward to the middle of Dec.? We are starting to lose people and I don't want any uncontested nominations

Posting like 3 weeks of schedule? I could do that. Make it a 72 hour period though.

Deal. After this turn  is concluded we'll do that and there will be a primary polling map Smiley

Senator Clinton is questioning whether a person really has the stamina for four rallies in a day?

LITTLE GIRL (CUTE SERENE VOICE)

‘LA, LA, LA LA LA’

*Missile rains down*
*BOOM*

JUMP CUT FROM BLACK SCREEN TO BLOWN UP CITY

JUMP CUT TO IMAGES OF TWIN TOWERS

JUMP CUT TO TROOPS LANDING ON THE GULF WAR

JUMP CUT TO PICTURE OF DEAD LITTLE GIRL.

[BLACK SCREEN]

OLD WISE MAN (DEEP TRUSTWORTHY VOICE]

She’s never been in politics, never run a constituency yet she thinks she’s ready to be president? Oprah Winfrey is a dangerous choice for you, me and America.

Vote for experience, vote for Senator Hillary Clinton.

Statement from the Obama Campaign
"Senator Obama feels that the use of 9/11 for political gain is disrespectful to the victims of that tragedy, and to the American people. And he's sure that the other candidates, both Democrat and Republican, would agree when he says that the Clinton Campaign should apologize for their use of it immediately."- Robert Gibbs, Statement from the Obama Campaign

'We understand that the use of such horrific images can be disturbing but, we're highlighting the problems in electing Ms Winfrey, who would not know how to respond to or deal with any of these events that out great nation may face. We apologize if any offense is caused, but we stand by our ad.' - Maggie Williams

Statement from the Gingrich Campaign:

I find it sad that the "War of Words" still goes on. While we republicans have stopped it with great success, the democratic candidates are still having violent fights over things that don't have as much importance as the issues, like criticizing Senator Gravel's record.

Now, I understand that Mrs. Winfrey has no political experience at all, but 9-11 in a political ad? Seriously? With all the respect Senator Clinton deserves, that kind of thing is despicable. I agree with Senator Obama, that ad needs to be shut down immediately.

Statement From the Dean Campaign

Though we welcome a discussion on the experience that different Democratic candidates have, the specific advertisement from the Clinton campaign criticizing Mrs. Winfrey was highly inappropriate. The use of a tragic event such as the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center for political gain is low, and the Dean campaign, like several other candidates from both party primaries, believes that the Clinton campaign should pull the ad immediately.

'If the other contenders are intimidated and feel upset by the images shown, I feel it shows they aren't ready for the presidency, you never know what you'll find out as president and this ad clearly shows this. I hate that I have to use such disturbing images however it is to point out a serious lack of experience in one of my candidates and when I find her leading in polls - I'm worried for America. I'm sorry if anyone is offended, so we've decided we'd remove the ads and rework the it for release on a later date.' - Hillary Clinton

Gravel Campaign Statement

I don't say this often, but I'd like to thank Senator Clinton for removing her ads. Exploitation of a national tragedy for political gain is never acceptable, and I'd like to congratulate the Senator on coming to her senses and pulling her ads that do that. Hopefully we can now have a civilized conversation on the differences between our party's candidates without having to resort to politicizing a national tragedy.--Mike Gravel

I'm pretty sure we'll post three-week schedules once Sanford/Paul post theirs for this turn, in order to make this move a bit faster to get us up to a week or two before Iowa.

Hagel Service Ad

"Hello, I'm Senator Chuck Hagel, and I know about the importance of service and our troops. I love our brave men and women who go out and protect us from whatever may come. And as a veteran of Vietnam , I know about our stakes in the wars we are in. Iraq was a mistake. We shouldn't have gone in and we need to turn around. I believe we need to focus our sights on Afghanistan, to catch Osama Bin Laden for the attacks on 9/11. I believe with that re-imaging of the foreign policy at that level, we can make our country safer and our troops would be more appreciative.

I approve this message because the American people deserve a leader with the experience and service necessary to lead this nation back to prosperity."
