Could I see Romney's position in MI, NV and FL.

The polls there will be out in the next update but he leads MI and NV and is tied completely in Florida

Announcement from Senator Olympia Snowe
October 21, 2007 - Olympia, Maine

In one year's time, the American people will go to the voting booths in every corner of every state of our great land and choose our leader for the next four years.  As we all know, the race to succeed President Bush is in full swing already, and I'm sure you all know why I am here [laughter and applause] ... I feel that it is my duty to enter this race, because of the lack of substantive debate in both parties over important issues such as a balanced budget amendment, energy independence and security, the protection of both women's rights and civil rights, and a general refusal to compromise and talk across partisan divisions.

Therefor, I am happy to announce that I will a candidate for my party's nomination for the presidency! [applause]  I look forward to traveling across our great nation over the next few months as I deliver my campaign's common-sense message of fiscal sanity, civil liberties, and American unity.  I thank you all!

Newt Gingrich congratulates Senator Snowe on her entrance to the race, and hopes to discuss those issues in the next Republican Debate.

Sanford Ad #1
Family Values

(Open to scene of Sanford family around dinner table)

Mark Sanford: Hi, My names Mark Sanford and I'm the Governor of South Carolina. I love this nation, and I know this country was built upon the family values that make our grand democratic experiment great. In my administration, I'll stand up for the unborn child, the man or woman who can't pay for their kids Christmas presents, or the thousands of people in this nation that need a job and are willing to work hard to achieve the American dream.

(Jenny Sanford comes on to screen)

Jenny Sanford: I've been married to Mark for almost twenty awesome years and I can guarantee he will put his mind, heart, and life into standing up for every American and the family values that he and I hold so dear.

Mark Sanford: I ask for your support as we build a better nation. I'm Mark Sanford and I approve this message.

The ad is scheduled to run statewide in three GOP early primary/caucus states: Iowa, South Carolina, and Florida.

Blanche Lincoln ad #1
Leadership

I'm Blanche Lincoln and I approve this message

(Scene opens with FDR giving social security speech)
Quote
You must be logged in to read this quote.

Narration-When FDR gave this address, he had just passed the greatest accomplishment of his administration, The Social Security Act.  This great act just didn't come out of thin air, it required great leadership to get it passed.  Right now, America needs this type of leadership.  We need a person who will not compromise on there values and stand up for what they believe in.  If you, sitting on your couch or  you eating at your dinning room table agree with what i have said, on Blank* Blank* you need to vote for Senator Blanche Lincoln in the democratic primary. If you need help finding your polling place, just go to www.Blanchelincolnforpresident.com/state/pollingplace

This ad will run in Iowa, South Carolina, and in all Southern States.

Mainly New Hampshire, a bit in Iowa, not much in South Carolina where Oprah is almost even with Clinton

Governor Dean's remarks in Portsmouth, New Hampshire:

"A little over four years ago, citing faulty intelligence, the Bush administration charged into Iraq in violation of international law and American precedent in foreign affairs. That effort was supported not just by nearly all Republicans, but by Democrats, including the so-called frontrunner, Senator Clinton. Now she says she's against the war. Maybe it was a genuine change of heart. But maybe it's a flip-flop. Do you want someone who can't make up their mind?"

*crowd boos*

"Or do you want someone who opposed the war from the beginning and still wants us out on day one in office?!?!"

*crowd cheers*

"Now, the Republican attack is that by not supporting the war effort, you're betraying our troops, or you're anti-war. On the contrary, it is a colossal disservice to our men and women in uniform to send them into an unwinnable war! And it's a disservice to say that a person can't enter the military because of who they love! On day one, I will sign an executive order repealing "Don't Ask, Don't Tell", and I will work with the generals to transition out of Iraq immediately."
