Nice.  Probably a hoax, but still funny.  It reminds me of this guy Tom I knew about 20 years ago who had a tattoo on his arm of a heart with Marlene in side the heart.  I knew he was divorced from a woman named Liz, so I asked about Marlene.  Apparently Marlene was his sweetheart long before Liz.  Yeah, he felt silly about it.  Nothing wrong with serial monogamy, but you probably shouldn't get your girlfriend's name tattooed on your arm if it's your plan.

Even Mitt does not warrant this extrme form of devotion.

There are tattoo removal procedures available, but I understand they could be very expensive and very painful.

Once in a while we agree about something, Winfield.  I strongly dislike tattoos.  I leave the inevitable ravages of age to mark my body and visage with the sad patina of decline, loss, and sorrow which is human existence.  No need to add to it with idiotic 'statements'.
