Link.

Somebody had to say it.  Who better than the left leaning Forbes.

ORCA anyone?

Just glad we didn't turn over management of the US Government to this corporate raider.  You can't just extract profit from the US, sell it, and move on to the next strip mining operation.

No doubt.  What was Romney thinking?  He uses an overly complex untested experiment, ORCA, on election day of all days.  I mean what was his fall back if it failed miserably?

What Romney and his followers don't realize is screwing up a company in real life is okay as long as you don't over commit your own money.  When an experiment crashes and burns in the private sector you move on to the next unsuspecting company.  You can't do that with the US Government.  When Bush's dual experiments in Afghanistan and Iraq blew up in his face he couldn't just move on to the next project.  We burned a chunk of our capital and got saddled with two of the longest wars in our history.

Out of the 77 businesses Bain invested in only 10 produced 70% of the profits.  That's a lot of failures my friend... a lot.  You can't run a country like that.

Doesn't surprise me. His 2008 and 2012 campaigns are proof of that, for sure.

Bump.  People need to read this and stop fantasizing about Romney getting a Cabinet level position.

I remember back in 2008 Obama was mocked when he cited how he ran a multi-million dollar campaign as part of his experience as a manager. At the time I thought it was kind of a stupid thing to say but in retrospect it isn't. And clearly looking at Romney's 2008 and 2012 campaigns, he is not a very good manager or strategist.
