Not really, it was worse in 2008.

Anyway, there are several important elections coming up next year, such as the Austrian army draft referendum, state elections in Carinthia, Lower Austria and Tyrol as well as the Austrian parliamentary election.

There's also the German Federal election, as well as state elections in Lower Saxony and Bavaria.

There is the Israel Parliamentary election, Japan and the Italian one.

The Iranian Presidential election is next year too.

Also, Norway parliament, Australia parliament, Chile President and so on ...

Plus NJ and VA governor ...

So, next year won't be boring.

Sry, I forgot the Hessen state election ...

Kind of mixed feelings for me. I feel genuinely relieved that Obama won, and downright happy for how the Senate races went. I'm also still marginally excited about the votes left to be counted, hoping that the picture will look even better once everything is finalized.

On the other hand, yeah, I feel a tad "empty" after all the emotion of Election Night. I could hardly wait for this to be over, and now I'd want it to never end... But that's part of being a political junkie. Wink

And Italy is coming soon! Cheesy
