DKE is saying that although Kerry Bentivolio defeated Syed Taj for the right to represent Michigan's 11th district in the 113th Congress, the same day a special election was taking place for the right to represent that district for the last few months of the 112th Congress, where Democrat David Curson defeated Bentivolio. Is that the case, and if so, will Curson soon be inaugurated?

Wow I don't think there's any other explanation here but racism. Democrat with a white guy last name = wins, Democrat with a scary foreign name = loses.
