Take it from a Californian.  Arnold's popularity is going down. 

He promised reform, but his hot issues are going against teachers and nurses.  His biggest issue?  Having retired judges work on redistricting maps instead of the legislature.  There's a hot button issue that will unite voters.  Wink

He will probably win in '06, but not enough to propel him beyond that if the Constitution is ever changed.
